Plumbing Fixtures
What we handle
A fixture is anything water comes out of or drains into: faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs and hose bibs.
Behind each one sit a supply line, a drain and a shut-off valve, and that is where most problems start.
A drip under a bathroom sink is usually a worn supply line, a loose connection or a tired shut-off valve.
We find the part that is failing, replace it and test it before we leave, often in a single visit.
We also do new installs, from one faucet to every fixture in a remodel, in homes and in businesses.
Repair or install, the goal is the same: a fixture that works, a dry cabinet and a wall that stays dry.
From a real Authentic Plumbing jobWhat it covers
Plumbing Fixtures, covered end to end.
- 01
Faucets and sinks
Dripping, loose or weak faucets repaired or replaced, along with the supply lines and drain under the sink.
- 02
Toilets
Running, rocking or leaking toilets repaired. New toilets set on a fresh seal and a solid floor connection.
- 03
Wall-hung toilets
Set on an in-wall carrier, anchored before the wall closes. The carrier takes the weight, not the wall.
- 04
Shower valves and trim
Valves set in the wall at the right depth for the tile, then trimmed out. Worn valves repaired or replaced.
- 05
Shut-off and ball valves
New shut-offs under sinks and toilets, and brass ball valves on water lines, so water stops when you need it to.
- 06
Tub fillers, hose bibs
Tub fillers set with the valve and lines behind them checked. Outdoor hose bibs repaired or replaced.

The honest answer
Repair, replace or remodel
Not every fixture needs replacing.
A worn washer, cartridge or supply line is a small repair.
If a fixture is cracked, corroded or beyond patching, replacing it is the cleaner fix.
In a remodel, the right time to set valves and carriers is while the wall is open.
Behind tile or drywall, a valve or carrier set wrong means opening the wall a second time.
So we ask about the full plan before the wall closes, and we run water through every new line first.

What Miami fixtures put up with
Most Miami houses sit on a slab, so drains run under the floor and a toilet flange is set in concrete.
That makes the connection at the floor matter, because a bad seal there is hard to reach later.
Water from the aquifer tends to be hard, and scale can clog aerators, shower heads and small parts in valves.
Salt air near the coast is rough on outdoor hose bibs and exposed fittings.
Older homes often have shut-off valves that have not been turned in years and will not close when needed.

Can you install a wall-hung toilet?
Yes.
A wall-hung toilet sits on an in-wall carrier anchored to the floor, so the carrier is set while the wall is open.
My sink is leaking underneath. Is that urgent?
Close the valve under the sink if it turns, then call.
A slow leak soaks the cabinet and floor.
We are open 24 hours.
My shut-off valve will not turn. What now?
Do not force it.
A seized valve can snap and flood the room.
Call us and we can replace it with a new shut-off or ball valve.
Do you work on fixtures in businesses?
Yes.
We repair and install fixtures in homes and businesses, restrooms included.
