Who we are
The name is the promise.
Authentic Plumbing Services is a Florida plumbing company based in Miami and led by Rohan Taylor.
It is Black-owned, and it answers the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The work runs from a drip under a bathroom sink to a main line full of roots, and from water heaters to well pumps.
Customers name the same things: Rohan and the team show up, explain what they found and finish properly.
That is the whole idea behind the name.
No runaround, no guessing, just the real cause and a real fix.
Most of the photos on this site come straight off the crew’s phones, from jobs around Miami-Dade and south Broward.

Excellent service! I called and this wonderful gentleman was here in 30 minutes on a Saturday. He stayed until he ensured my well was working again after fixing each issue. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Highly recommended.

Great professional service. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed properly and all was working as it should. They replaced the water heater and installed in a new location.
