Plumbing in Miami Gardens

Authentic Plumbing Services works in Miami Gardens, from Carol City and Norland to Andover and Scott Lake.

This is mostly a city of houses.

That means drains under slabs, supply lines in walls and tanks in garages.

The housing dates mostly to the late 1960s and 1970s, and that is where a lot of plumbing trouble tends to start.

We handle clogged and slow drains, leaks, water heaters, fixtures, and well or sprinkler pumps.

We are open 24 hours, seven days a week, for the backup that shows up on a Saturday night.

Call (305) 834-1588 and tell us the street and what the water is doing.

Know the area

How Miami Gardens was built

Miami Gardens became a city in 2003.

It was formed from neighborhoods like Andover, Bunche Park, Carol City, Lake Lucerne, Norland and Scott Lake.

Much of that housing went up after I-95 opened the area in the late 1960s.

Census figures put the typical home at about 1970, and roughly seven in ten were built before 1980.

About two in three homes are detached houses, and about the same share are owner-occupied.

Only about one unit in seven is in a large building.

Houses from that era can have cast-iron drains under the slab.

Supply lines and original fixtures can be worn too.

Water comes from one of two utilities, depending on the street: Miami-Dade or North Miami Beach Water.

A 2023 city study found the NMB side paid more for the same water.

Excellent service! I called and this wonderful gentleman was here in 30 minutes on a Saturday. He stayed until he ensured my well was working again after fixing each issue. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Highly recommended.
